For 120V installations in dirt, no mounting hardware is included, but the fixture threads into a 1/2-inch NPT (National Pipe Thread), and a PVC rocket post is optionally available. The NPT threading ensures a secure fit for professional installations, while the optional rocket post increases stability in soil.
