You can have them on a switch to turn on and off Bluetooth will change the colors

Can the lights only be turned on via Bluetooth or wifi? Can a manual 12v switch be used? Half Moon RGBW SS Deck Light
Will the lights retain memory of the last user input if added to a manual switch? Otherwise, if the person with the app control isn't home, the lights cannot be used by a guest.
