The option you choose will come with fixtures but they can be replaced you can use any wattage any time

Is this made to the wattage I specify on order or the maximum for this item and shipped with bulb requested? Grande Bravo 2-Head Adjustable Down Light
The grande lists 3 wattage choices ranging from 40 watts to 100 watts. If I order a fixture and specify 40 watts, is it made to be 40 watt max or is the socket always going to be 100 watts but shipped with a set of 40 watt bulbs? Essentially, is there a range for future changing between different bulbs or restricted. I would ask the same question of the other fixtures in the Bravo lines as they all have either 2 or 3 wattage options in the drop down menus. Thank you for any extra details.
