For 120V installation in dirt, no mounting is included, but the fixture threads into a 1/2″ NPT (National Pipe Thread). The PVC Rocket Post is also available as an optional accessory. NPT threading allows for secure attachment to compatible posts, and the Rocket Post adds extra stability.
