This light can be mounted to a surface ceiling with the included round or square canopy, or mounted without the canopy using the chain (for example, to a tree). Canopy use is required for 120VAC applications, but for tree mounting or mounting without a canopy, the 12V AC/DC option is recommended. Flexible mounting options make this fixture versatile for a variety of installation needs.
