Should the 120v version of these lights have a ground wire?

Patriot Solid Brass LED Spotlight ground wire can be purchased attached or de attached it is up to the installer and inspector if you need a ground wire for 120v it's usually smarter to do so or leds are grounded and extra ground wire will not hurt thank you
